- 무용전공 여고생의 완벽주의가 자기관리 및 무용몰입에 미치는 영향 -
본 연구는 무용전공 여고생의 완벽주의가 자기관리 및 무용몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용을 전공하는 여고생 429명의 설문 자료를 분석하였다. IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach's α 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 무용전공 여고생 의 완벽주의가 자기관리에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용전공 여고생의 완벽주의가 무용 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공 여고생의 자기관리가 무용몰입에 유의한 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Influence of perfectionism on self-management and Commitment in dance for female high school students majoring in dance
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of perfectionism on self-management and commitment of high school students majoring in dance. To achieve the purpose of the study, 429 female high school students majoring in dance were analyzed with the questionnaire. The IBM SPSS 21.0 program was used for statistical processing. To verify the research problem, the following results were obtained by conducting frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's α reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, perfectionism of high school girls majoring in dance influenced on self-management significantly. Second, perfectionism of high school girls majoring in dance influenced on commitment in dance significantly. Third, self-management of high school girls majoring in dance influenced on commitment in dance significantly.
