- 무용 열정수준에 따른 무용전공 고등학생의 자기관리와 심리기술에 미치는 영향 -
본 연구의 목적은 예술고등학교 무용전공생들의 무용열정이 자기관리와 심리기술에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 서울 경기지역 4개 예술고등학교 무용 전공생 282명이었으며, 무용열정, 자기관리, 심리기술을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver.18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 무용열정은 자기관리에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 강박열정과 조화열정의 무용열정이 자기관리 하위요인 중 정신관리, 훈련관리에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나 타났다. 둘째, 무용열정은 심리기술에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 강박열정과 조화열정의 무용열정이 심리기술 하 위요인 중 극복의지, 자신감요인에서 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 무용수 열정은 자기관리와 심리 기술의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 시작으로 무용수를 대상으로 하는 무용수 자기관리 와 무용수 심리기술 관련 연구가 활성화되어야 하며, 무용열정을 예측할 수 있는 심리적인 대처 전략과 교육방 법이 마련되어 교육 현장에 적용할 수 있는 사회적 지지와 노력이 필요하다.
The Effect of Achieving The Passion Level of Self-Management and Psychological Skills of High school Students Majoring in Dance
The Purpose of the this study was to examine the effect of dance passion of dance gifted students on self management and psychological skills. The subjects of this study were 282 in four arts high school in Seoul, Gyeonggi. pronvince and measured dance passion, self management, and psychological skills. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver. 18.0. The following conclusions were obtained. First, dance passion of dance gifted students shows significant influence on self management. It has been shown that the dance passion of harmonious passion and obsessive passion has a significant influence on mental management and physical management among the sub-factors of self-management. Second, dance passion of dance gifted students shows significant influence on psychological skills. It has been shown that the dance passion has a significant influence on the will to overcome and confidence factors among the sub-factors of psychological skills.
