- 무용전공대학생의 특성불안이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 : 무용멘토링의 매개효과 -
본 연구는 무용전공대학생의 특성불안과 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계에서 무용멘토링의 매개효과 검증하는데 목적을 두고 수도권에 소재하고 있는 무용전공 4년제 대학생 227명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집 된 자료를 분석한 결과 첫째, 무용전공대학생의 특성불안은 진로결정 자기효능감과 무용멘토링에 부(-)적 상관 관계를 나타내지만, 무용멘토링은 진로결정 자기효능감에 정(+)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 특성불안과 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계에서 무용멘토링이 부분매개로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 무용전공대학생들의 진로문제에서 측정가능한 주관적 요소인 특성불안과 그를 조절 할 수 있는 프로그램인 무용멘토링에 대한 기초자료를 제공하며 무용전공대학생의 진로문제에 대한 지속적인 관심과 더욱 실효성 있는 프로그램의 개발의 필요성을 시사한다.
Anxiety-Trait on Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy in Dance Major Students : Mediated Effects of Dance Mentoring Ham Cho-Rom･Kim, Young-Mi Kyung Hee University Graduate School
This study surveyed 227 four-year dance majors located in the metropolitan area with the aim of verifying the mediating effect of dance mentoring in the relationship between anxiety-trait and career decision-making self-efficacy of dance majors. As a result of analyzing the collected data, first, it was found that dance mentoring had a positive (+) correlation with career decision self-efficacy and dance mentoring, but second, dance mentoring had a mediating effect in the relationship between anxiety-trait and career decision self-efficacy. Therefore, this study provides basic data on anxiety-trait, which is a subjective factor measurable in the career problem of dance majors, and dance mentoring, a program that can control it, suggesting the need to develop a more effective program.
